Renting process

Looking for a new place to rent can be a daunting job and time consuming! At Bangna Serviced Apartment we understand that your time is precious. That's why we've tried to minimize our renting process by making it as simple and fussed-free as possible. Our experienced agents are more than happy to help and guide you as well as provide you with the checklist when viewing your chosen properties.

1. Browse the properties to rent – You can either search from our informative website which is regularly updated or just give us a call and let us know of your requirements. We will work with you to narrow down the list to select the properties that really match with your criteria.

2. Actual property viewing – Appointment(s) will be arranged at your convenient time to view your chosen properties. At this stage, we will show you the actual properties, its surroundings as well as facilities e.g. swimming pool and fitness.

3. Select the property – If you found the property that match with your requirements and would like to proceed we will contact the landlord and submit your application to the landlord.

4. Enter the rent contract – Once the landlord accepted, all necessary paperwork will be prepared e.g. the contract itself and the list of contents in the property such as LCD TV, microwave, washing machine etc. At this stage the refundable 2-month security deposit and a 1-month advanced rent are required.

5. Property is now yours – Finally, a set of keys will be given to the tenant.

Note: At the end of the contract, the landlord will inspect the property after the tenant's moved out. If there are damages occurred or unpaid utility bills during the rent, the landlord will deduct them from the 2 month security deposit.
